What you are buying
Products on this site are digital: web-based tools, generators, GPT configurations, templates and downloadable files. Nothing physical is shipped. Access is delivered online immediately after purchase.
Access
Purchases are tied to the email address used at checkout. Enter that address in Your Library to unlock what you own. Keep the address safe — it is how your purchases are recognised.
Refunds
Because these are digital products delivered instantly, refunds are offered at our discretion. If a product does not do what its page describes, contact us within 14 days and we will put it right or refund you. Refunds are not offered for change of mind after a product has been used.
Availability
Products may be updated, renamed, repriced or withdrawn. If you have already bought something, you keep access to it.
Acceptable use
Do not resell, redistribute or sublicense the tools themselves. See the licence for what you may do with what you create.
Liability
These tools produce drafts, plans and suggestions. They are not legal, financial, medical or professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying anything you publish or act on.
